First Trip to the Zoo

Dear Zoe,

It is labor day weekend, which means we have three full days to hang out with dad!  Yesterday, we took you to Lincoln Park Zoo.  You were just as excited to see the other kids at the zoo as much as the animals.  We saw monkeys, llamas, lions, penguins and zebras.  My favorite part was when you saw the monkeys you pointed and said "Da da"!

Trip Downtown

Dear Zoe - Today we took a trip on the train downtown to take Dad out to lunch (technically, he took us out, tomato tomaato).  You loved the train!  Everytime the conductor announced the next stop, you looked all over trying to find out where the voice was coming from.  And as usual, you charmed everyone around us with your gorgeous smile. 

On the way back home, we took the el instead of the train, but you clearly weren't that impressed-
